Dear
Friend,
I hope this e-mail finds you happy and healthy. I want
to take this opportunity to wish you a happy and safe
holiday season, and also thank you for your continued
support. Your encouragement motivates me to continue
my work. I am fortunate to have such loyal fans. Over
the years, I have received e-mails and letters from
many of you telling me how you incorporate bodybuilding
into a lifestyle devoted to physical, psychological,
spiritual and holistic growth and health. I am pleased
to see that people are receiving and following my message
about bodybuilding. In my philosophy, bodybuilding comprises
only part of a healthy lifestyle. When I see misguided
bodybuilders damaging their bodies for the sake of their
physical appearance, I know they are not living a healthy
lifestyle. I hope that my website provides for you useful
information on how to both maximize the effectiveness
of your workouts and maintain excellent health.
In the interest of providing you with as much help as
possible, I am excited to announce that beginning in
January, I will publish a monthly electronic newsletter.
The newsletter will supplement the information provided
to you on my website. I want to achieve several goals
with this newsletter. First, I will answer some of the
questions that I receive from you. Though I make sure
to read every e-mail I receive, my busy schedule does
not always allow me to respond as thoroughly as I would
like. By answering some of your questions, I hope to
provide you with additional information about bodybuilding
that can benefit you in your individual pursuit of total
growth and complete health.
In addition to answering your questions, I also want
to share with you some of the wisdom I have gained through
my years of experience in the sport of bodybuilding.
I will share with you tips on how to get the most out
of your training, and will also share recipes and nutrition
tips that will help you. Any successful bodybuilder
who has enjoyed longevity in the sport will attest to
the necessity of a balanced and healthy diet as part
of an effective training regimen. My advice will address
not only the physical aspects of bodybuilding, but also
the mental, emotional and spiritual sides as well. I
firmly believe that you will gain the most from bodybuilding
when you incorporate it into a fitness routine that
also emphasizes the importance of psychological and
spiritual health. I will share with you my insights
into the psychology and philosophy of a healthy lifestyle,
in the hopes that you will strive for total health.
Finally, I hope the newsletter will give you an opportunity
to get to know me better as a person. In my travels
around the world, I have been so blessed to meet people
from all walks of life who understand the benefits of
bodybuilding as part of a regimen focused on complete
growth and health. All of you have enriched my life
so much. Your gratitude motivates me to keep going,
even in the bleakest of times. I hope I can repay the
kindness you have shown to me by giving you insight
into my life. The newsletter will include one-on-one
interviews that I hope will give you more insight into
who I am as a person.
Please remember that I am creating this newsletter to
address your questions and your needs. I appreciate
your feedback, because I want to know how this newsletter
can best serve you in your quest to attain complete
health. Along with the website, I hope that the newsletter
provides you with a forum in which you can get the information
you need to make responsible choices for your bodybuilding
regimen.
I look forward to beginning this new venture in January
2004. Please feel free to contact me with any questions
or comments about the newsletter or any bodybuilding
questions you might have. Again, I thank you for your
loyalty as a fan and your commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
God bless you, and happy holidays.
Sincerely,
Vic Richards
