Payments

We accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you use a debit card which has one of those company's hologram logos, you can use it as if it were a credit card. Your credit card statement will show a payment to Duke City Muscle. We also accept PayPal payments. At this time we do not accept electronic checks, bank transfers, or money orders. You can accomplish similar types of payments through PayPal.

Security and Privacy

We ask only for information required to verify your identity for payment and to ship your order to you. Your information is not shared with any parties for any reason, and is not kept on file unless you choose to open an account or join our email list. In addition, any personal information, including name, address, phone, or email, obtained by Duke City Muscle will not be rented or sold to any other company.

Our online store uses SSL to encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We use 128 bit encryption along with a digital certificate of identity. For your peace of mind, check that your web browser's address bar shows "https://" at the beginning when you're on our checkout pages. Also use your web browser's security features to check our certificate information.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges, but please make your original choices carefully because we can both burn up a lot of time and shipping costs sending exchanged items back and forth. If you have questions on clothing sizes, fit, fabrics, care, or just about anything before you buy, please phone Duke City Muscle at (505) 883-2794 (Mountain Time Zone) or email us at service@dukecitymuscle.com.

- You have 10 days after receipt to exchange or take store credit, no refunds.
- No refund on your original shipping charges.
- You pay the shipping charges to return your order to Duke City Muscle. We pay the shipping charges to send your exchange to you.
- Pack returns and exchanges carefully. Try to reuse the original packaging if it's in good shape.
- Our prices are subject to change without notice and we may need to adjust your exchange or credit if that happens. Colors, fabrics, and styles may vary but we'll always check with you first before sending something different.
- No returns or exchanges on "intimate wear" such as posing trunks, swimwear, underwear, or supporters unless they're still sealed in their original bag.
- No returns or exchanges on items that have been worn more than just to try them on, washed, stained, damaged, or that smell of smoke, cologne, or anything creepy!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will quickly replace items damaged during shipping or that we accidentally sent you instead of what you ordered.

- You must notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to let us know if any items are damaged or aren't what you ordered. Please phone Duke City Muscle at (505) 883-2794 (Mountain Time Zone) or email us at service@dukecitymuscle.com. Have your packing slip ready so we can confirm what needs to be corrected.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we pay the shipping charges for you to return your order to Duke City Muscle, and shipping charges to send your correct items to you.
- All returns must be in the original packaging so we can figure out what went wrong. So don't rip it to shreds when you open it, OK?
- Our prices are subject to change without notice and we may need to adjust your replacement if that happens. Colors, fabrics, and styles may vary but we'll always check with you first before sending something different.
